Today, I picked small courgettes from my organic garden, cut them into 1/2inch slices and sprinkled them with salt. Dipped into chickpeaflour batter and deep fried they were delicious served with tomato chutney. The fritters were juicy inside and crisp on the outside. Writing Novels
I spend hours researching my fact fiction historical novels. At the moment have six book cases as well as four spacious fitted shelves in different rooms. These will be replaced with a 7ft tall 8ft wide library bookcase. At the moment all of my books are lined up against walls. It will be a pleasure to arrange them according to subject matter and to dispose of any which I don’t need.
