My back frequently aches after long hours working on my laptop. Today, I had accupuncture. Also, after a year and a half of lockdown and self-isolation I signed up for monthly membership to swim at a local health centre. I’ve made an appointment for 12 o’clock tomorrow. I enjoy swimming and am really looking forward to my session, and to visiting the steam room and sauna.
