The part of Thursday;s Child, Heroines Born on Different Days of the Week, Book 4, which I wrote this morning brought tears to my eyes.
I made a spinach, peas and paneer (Indian Curd Cheese) curry for three of my grandchildren to eat for dinner with chapattis (Inidan flat breads). This curry is a family favourite, so I included the recipe in my novel Far Beyoind Rubies, in which the hero who served the East India Company became a vegetarian.
